Antonio Treminio

President & CEO - Venture Capitalist and specialist in private and public equity markets with over 25 years of experience in Wall Street and International financial markets with a special focus on the Natural Resource sector. Proven ability in team building and empowerment of individuals in the advancement of investors and/or shareholder value.

Eric Schjelderup

VP of Strategic Planning - Eric Schjelderup is a highly accomplished professional. As a UK/Canadian national, Eric brings a global perspective to his role. President of NASC Europe. Representing Chinese companies wishing to go public. Advisor to Zaige Group in Hebei Province, a recycling company.

From Dec.1988 to the present, Eric has also served as President and CEO
 of Port Mercantile Capital Limited (HK), Invested and raised $10 million for a Philippine-based mobile banking company and installed banking technology in Metro Bank and Union Bank. He listed China Energy, a prominent Chinese coal company in Inner Mongolia in the USA. He raised $25 million for an offshore gas project with CNOOC providing gas to Wenzhou, China. He has extensive relationships in China and Hong Kong. From May.1985 - Nov.1988 Eric was President and CEO of West Pacific Business Capital Ltd. In Vancouver, Canada,
 raised $135 million for eCharge Corp. Seattle, USA. Eric was also Vice President of Arakis Energy, which raised $800 million for successfully constructing a pipeline (1600KM) project in Sudan during its civil war and listed on NASDAQ. He also listed United Collision Centers (UCA), Jewitt Cameron, and Amtronics Inc. He and UCA also sponsored a race car at the 1988 Indianapolis 500. Eric’s business expertise includes corporate strategy, situation analysis, going public processes, investor/public relations, private placements, and capital raising.

Daniel Ringuet

Senior Advisor & Co-Founder - Mr. Ringuet is a seasoned investment banker and venture capitalist with a wealth of experience in listing private companies in the Canadian Capital Markets. With over 35 years of experience in the financial markets, he has provided invaluable assistance and advice to numerous public and private companies, from the venture stage to the development stage, in their quest for capital and human resources. Mr. Ringuet has cultivated an extensive network in North America and Europe and has also served as a management-level advisor or board member for several companies.

Juan Antonio Sefair

Director of Financing - Juan brings over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on value generation and financial analysis. Partner, founder, and current President of Recursos Corporativos, a Bogota-based Investment Banking boutique with over 15 years of experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, obtaining financing (capital or debt), and strategic and financial consulting. His previous position was as Vice President of Corporate Banking at ABN AMRO Bank for the mining sector in Colombia.

Daniel O'Farrill Amescua

VP of Commercial Diplomacy Mexico - Daniel, a financial industry veteran with 12 years of experience in Mexico, specializes in structured and alternative financing. He's currently a Managing Partner at Bursacap and began his career as a stock analyst at Bursamétrica Análisis. He has led financial planning for Bursamétrica Casa de Bolsa and participated in diverse investment banking transactions. With deep knowledge across sectors, Daniel has been a special advisor for numerous companies. He is the founder of FOBURMEX III, a specialized fund that focuses on refinancing factoring for Big Ticket Suppliers in the Oil & Gas Industry, with a deal size of up to USD 14 billion specifically for PEMEX. Daniel holds two postgraduate diplomas from ITAM and appeared as a pundit on Efekto TV's "Capital Financiero".

Dennis Bartow

Special Advisor of Commercial Diplomacy - Dennis brings over three decades of expertise in national security and the private sector to Coppercore. With a distinguished career in government and defense, he has held key roles that include serving as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) for African Affairs Policy at the Pentagon. In this capacity, Dennis was the most senior official responsible for Africa-related matters, a three-star general equivalent, and the most senior official in the Pentagon on matters related to Africa providing vital policy advice and support to the Secretary of Defense and other senior Department of Defense (DOD) leaders.

Dennis played a pivotal role in shaping the Pentagon's global strategic competition efforts, focusing on defense support for economics and playing a key role in establishing the highly successful Prosper Africa interagency framework. This initiative represented a significant whole-of-government trade and investment effort with Africa, and he represented the DoD in the National Security Council-led endeavor.

In 2019, Dennis was appointed as the Director of DoD's Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP), where he led a network of more than 700 small business professionals. He served as the principal advisor to the Secretary of Defense on small business matters, overseeing the integration of all DoD small business activities and acquisitions workforce. His work in this role was instrumental in aligning small business programs with the National Security Strategy, National Defense Strategy, and the defense industrial base.

Prior to his role as OSBP Director, Dennis served as a Special Assistant to the DASD for African Affairs Policy and contributed significantly to U.S. AFRICOM's security cooperation efforts. He also served as a Military Operations Subject Matter Expert in the Counterterrorism Division at Interpol Washington from 2014 to 2017. There, he led projects related to identity intelligence and anti-piracy, including a Department of State-funded initiative to combat marine piracy in the Gulf of Guinea involving five African nations. Dennis, a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran with 29 years of honorable military service, is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has a strong background in congressional staff experience, senior staff management, and advising roles for various branches of government. Additionally, he has a track record of entrepreneurship and is a 70% service-disabled veteran.

Dennis resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and three children. His extensive experience and commitment to national security and business make him a valuable addition to Coppercore in his role as Special Advisor of commercial diplomacy, with a particular focus on his work with the United States Pentagon and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Raj Kamaria

Vice President of Finance and Treasury - Raj Kamaria is former McKinsey consultant and current Venture Capitalist, focused on social impact, green energy, and alternative interments. Prior to this he built and sold a real estate private equity firm in WSJ’s #1 real estate market, Rockford, IL before selling to a $1B RE PE fund in LA. He has experience in private equity, fundraising, and innovation. Raj attended the Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL.
